Maccabi helps communities develop programs tailored to meet their specific needs and situations. Jewish life and Jewish socioeconomics vary enormously across the world, but the Jewish essence remains contant, and the message of the Maccabees is Maccabi's business. Ongoing Maccabi projects funded by our network of friends address the focal points that our People most require. Our projects directly address the problems of deculturalization, assimilation,m continuity, identity, outreach and active involvement. Our global reach and activities in so many Communities and countries give Maccabi the scope, experience, and detail of local knowledge, affording a perspective on the condition and status of Jews everywhere and an ability to make a difference that very few organizations can match.
